Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item (including any complimentary items/gifts with purchase) must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

Failure to return an item in the original condition will result in damage charges which will be deducted from the sum of the return value.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at crystalcauldronnw@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage will be paid by the purchaser.  We recommend Royal Mail tracked 48 postage - please retain your proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
