Silver and Copper will tarnish with time and wear and is not a fault of the materials. To minimise the tarnishing of your jewellery, polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth (do not use silver dip). A specially impregnated silver polishing cloth is given free with every order. Please use this frequently to ensure that your jewellery continues to retain its original lustre and shine.

We recommend you protect your silver jewellery by keeping it in an air tight bag and storing it in a cool, dry place, keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.

Our branded gift boxes are anti tarnish and every pouch has an anti tarnish tab inside to help keep your items in tip top condition.

Welo Opal is porous, so prolonged exposure to water or sunlight can remove the internal colour flashes. Please refrain from wearing Welo Opal jewellery while showering, bathing and swimming, and wearing in strong sunlight.
